Accomodations

Participants are responsible for making their own lodging reservations.

The conference organizers have reserved a block of rooms at the Ramada Palms Hotel in Las Cruces, 201 East University Avenue Las Cruces, New Mexico 88005, 575-526-4411. Remember to mention that you are attending the NMGS FFC to obtain reduced rates.

Notes:

  • Registration fees or scholarships do not cover accommodations or breakfasts (all other meals are provided). However, many accomodations include breakfast, so inquire when you reserve your room.
  • If you have placed publications for purchase in your cart, they will not be included in this registration transaction. To complete payment for pending items, after you complete your registration, please click the 'View Cart' link at the top of any NMGS page (or click a 'buy now' link for an additional item). The separation of membership dues/conference registration from publication sales is necessary to keep the Societies' accounting more manageable.

Completing the Registration:

When you click the 'Register' link below, you will see a shopping cart with your registration information. Choose the 'Phone' option for 'payment' and click 'Continue' to complete the process. Congratulations on your scholarship. We hope you enjoy the conference!
