Discount vouchers have an expiration date:
December 31^st for dealers or students and January 31^st for the January member discount.

Book dealers: 35% discount on order of five or more assorted guidebooks.
January Member Discount: Members in good standing (meaning their dues are paid for the following year before their membership expires on 12/31) are offered a 25% discount on one copy of each publication ordered during the month of January. This discount also applies to complete sets. If you intend to order online, obtain a sale voucher number from the Publications Sales Office.
Student Membership Discount: A 35% discount is now offered to students. Students wishing to take advantage of this special discount must either display their student ID in person, or send / fax a copy to the Publications Sales Office. Students may puchase only one copy of each publication at the student price in their lifetime.
Teachers Discount: A 20% discount is offered to teachers.
Standing orders for the annual guidebook series are encouraged --inquire when ordering.

Order Information

New Mexico Geological Society publication sales, both online and retail, are handled by the publication staff of New Mexico Bureau of Geology. To simplify the sales procedure we have entered into an agreement whereby all sales will be run through the bureau accounting, and the society will then be reimbursed. For publication sales please make all checks for Society publications payable to the New Mexico Bureau of Geology & Mineral Resources. For all other society transactions like membership dues, meeting and conference registrations, and scholarship donations, checks should still be made out to the New Mexico Geological Society.

Prices shown include sales tax where applicable. Discounts are available to students, retailers, and members during our January sale (see above).
