Data Description:
Appendix 1. Resource estimates, including production, of major deposits in the Grants uranium district and elsewhere in New Mexico. Mine id refers to Mine identification number and location in McLemore et al. (2002). Production from McLemore and Chenoweth (1989) and production from 1988-2002 estimated by V.T. McLemore. Most of these deposits are on maps by McLemore and Chenoweth (1991). Information presented are the best data available and were obtained from published and unpublished sources (NMBGMR file data). Production figures are subject to change as new data are obtained. Some of the resource and reserve data presented here are historical and are provided for information purposes only, and do not conform to Canadian National Instrument NI 43-101 requirements. Other resource/reserve data do conform to NI 3-101 requirements and are specifically referenced as such.
